Abstractamaphone4

Right, OK... I need opinions... I'm doing an (abstract) animation for one of my art projects... most of it involves the integration of a 2D line drawing of an eye closing and the opposite eye made in CG. The other parts include a 2D drawing of a head mapped on a sphere. The last part is an oval which moves like a mouth and has a waveform moving across it representing the spoken sound. Now... to get to the important bit. I decided to do some research on sonic graphic type art, i.e. art which is made to represent sound or music. I also have to do some "visual recording"! YAY! FUN! Anyways this entails (as most probably know) creating similar style images etc and explaining them, yahdeeyah.... this is a series of abstract pieces showing a piece of made up music that doesn't exist... I kept going at it until it looked horrible and backtracked using Photoshop snapshots. I need help deciding which is the best and why and even what type of music it represents! Thanks for any help, there are 8 pieces all with sutble changes in PS 7 that made massive changes on screen. Oh yeah... there's a photo in there somewhere of a chess board that I took earlier today... lucky I did... it gives a majority of the good looking abstractyness to most of the pieces.. and no they're not quite finished but I didn't feel they were quite scrap worthy , I also think that for the most part they're quite horrible too
